Description
This Thomas Regout drawer slide is sold in pairs, so order one unit if a pair is required
The ULF HD BILEX is a Medium Duty Slide and has a patented sequential beam operation. This allows the slide to extend as a pair and release the strongest beam first. Thus the slide is smoother in operation and the ball cages align with ease. The BILEX allows for a total extension front and rear via an internal rocker system which guarantees ball cage alignment.
Manufactured from formed rolled steel and bright zinc plate, the load capacities range from 76-92 kgs and are tested to 100,000 cycles. This slide is made in Europe to the highest quality available in the market.
Plating is bright zinc chromate as standard, with an optional black passivation. Designation: NEN – EN 12329-Fe/Zn5/F/T2. Layer thickness: Average 5µm. Corrosion resistance: Minimum 120 hours neutral salt spray (ISO-9227/ ASTM- B 117) before zinc corrosion (white) occurs. ROHS compliant.
Load ratings are tested to 100,000 cycles. There is specific test data available for lifespans of 10,000 cycles, where the loadings may be substantially increased. Please consult our sales engineers for further information
Prices and load ratings are per pair. Loads are stated at full extension when the slide is uniformly mounted on the direct axis (not flat). The ULF Bilex is available ex stock.

The Bilex slide is designed to extend fully to the left, through itself and out to the right, totally.
First impressions were great. Shrink wrapped as a pair and very bright plating. There are a lot of ball bearings, this is no economy product. The sequential systems involves plastic parts, so they are noise free. The whole slide is almost silent and very smooth in hand and under load.
In short, we are very impressed with this product

The slides left in 5 days and took another 3 in transit, so allow a week for any deliveries in the US. Colleen was very helpful in getting all the required information to us promptly.

5 days to Canada but that was due to our customs, as the slides we dispatched the day I ordered. First batch have gone well and are doing the job. No dealer presence is not a problem as the delivery charge was no mare than I’m used to locally.
