TR7619 & TR7619LOC slides are sold as singles, not pairs, so they can be fitted as a mixed lock/non-lock pair. Order 2 pieces if a pair is required.
The TR7619 LOC is the fully locking version of the popular TR7619 slide. A rugged and innovative front lever is pushed inwards to release the beams in sequence, locking out positively upon full extension. The slide is unlocked by pushing the same lever outwards and the beams collapse in a similar, controlled sequence. The slide is designed to be fitted in conjunction with the TR7619 non locking version as a pair, or for extra secure drawers, a lock on either slide (highly recommended with vehicular use under shock and vibration). This slide is particularly suited for emergency vehicle drawer systems where fitting time is paramount or there is limited shutter space at the front of the drawer for an external handle lock. At lengths 1200-1500mm this is also a popular choice for commercial pickup truck converters due to the high load/low price ratio.
This is a Heavy Duty Slide with patented sequential beam operation. This allows the slide to extend as a pair and release the strongest beam first. Thus the slide is smoother in operation and the ball cages align with ease. The TR7619 is the heaviest duty rolled steel slide on the market and can handle heavy duty loading to 300kg. It has been developed for special vehicle stowage systems which have until now required expensive, solid section slides. Under test conditions, this slide has outperformed similar products whilst offering 30% more load capacity.
Manufactured from formed rolled steel and bright zinc plate, the load capacities range from 125-310kgs and are dynamically tested to 10,000 cycles. This slide is made in Europe to the highest quality available in the market. This slide is available in lock in, lock out and fully locking options. Please ask our sales engineers.
Plating is bright zinc chromate as standard, with an optional black passivation. Designation: NEN – EN 12329-Fe/Zn5/F/T2. Layer thickness: Average 5µm. Corrosion resistance: Minimum 120 hours neutral salt spray (ISO-9227/ ASTM- B 117) before zinc corrosion (white) occurs. ROHS compliant.
Load ratings are tested to 10,000 cycles. Please consult our sales engineers for further information
Load ratings are per pair. Loads are stated at full extension when the slide is uniformly mounted on the direct axis (not flat). This slide is sold as single units (not pairs) in order to allow different locking combinations. The TR7619 LOC is available ex stock.Download Datasheet

I fitted a pair to my Nissan pick up at 1500mm with the fully locking option. They have been loaded to 200kg and in use for 6 months now. The movement is smooth and the beams operate as a pair in sequence. The front release lock is easy to operate. My tools are secured in the drawer with their rubber tool mounts which protects the drawer and my tools. The service I received was as expected after reading other reviews.
I was specified these by a very helpful guy in the sales dept. At 1200mm depth they fit my van draw and open fully. There is a green catch at the front which is ideally placed to lock/unlock the beams. I have the draw loaded to 200kg and it glides effortlessly. Delivered from stock and received next day.

The engineer at Sliding Systems was very helpful when within 5 minutes. I am pleased to see that service still exists.
I found the website informative, but I am only kitting out my pickup truck, so the extended ranges did confuse slightly. I guess this is a professional sight aimed at engineers.
Thankfully Jon pointed me in the right direction and recommended the TR7169 with a front lock release mechanism. These work perfectly for the drawer to slide out 1400mm and lock both closed and extended. So no need to fit an external lock.
I received the slides in 10 days as the locks had to be factory fitted. They work very well and I have had 250kg of load in them without problem.
All in all a great product supported by excellent technical advice. I will be posting on my blog about your products.
