How to use the Promount site
GSF Promount is the e-commerce arm of Sliding Systems and offers a growing range of products available to buy-online. This includes a vast range of industrial drawer slides and systems for equipment storage compartments on trucks, vans, trailers and emergency “blue light” vehicles, as well as for vessels, aircraft and industrial applications. The products are generally shown on both of our websites :

With the www.gsfslides.com website generally providing fuller technical information, including downloadable datasheets and tools and information you can use to help choose the correct telescopic slide or linear rail for your application, whether by reference to slide dimensions and load capacity (Slide Selector) or by reference to general design criteria appropriate to your application (Applications).

There are many links between the product listings to make it easy for you to navigate between the buy-online pages and the technical information and downloads pages, but if you have any difficulty finding what you are looking for, please contact us using the enquiry form or by telephoning us on +44 (0) 1691 770303. If you click on a link, the new website will open in a new window. If you close the new window you will return to the original GSF Promount page where you clicked the link.
Product Categories
On both sites, our products are organised into categories and sub-categories. On this www.gsf-promounts.com website, the product categories are shown in the navigation menu at the top or a column on the right hand side of the screen. Click any category and (if relevant) sub-category to find your way to the products you are interested in.
Featured Products and Special Offers
In the column on the right hand side of the web-page, you will see products that are being specially featured by GSF-Promount, and this will include special offers. Featured and Special Offer products change regularly, so it is worth keeping an eye on this section for new product ideas and news.

Across the top of the page is the main navigation. Click these to obtain access to more information and Sliding Systems (About us), Frequently Asked Questions (including our Privacy and Security Policy, How to Choose a Slide, Website use Terms and Conditions, and GSF Sliding Systems’ Trading Terms and Conditions).
We also provide you on these tabs with some Useful Links to other websites, Case Studies about how Sliding Systems works successfully with Customers, a Contact Us page, and a frequently updated News Page, which provides product news and ideas.
Creating an Account
If you have an account or are yet to set an account up this can be done at the top right of the home page. By clicking onto 'My Account' you can access your 'order status which will show you the progress of your order and delivery, you can only place and track an order by creating an account, there is an option for this where it says 'Sign in or create an account'.
Keyword Search
In the top right hand corner of the home page there is a search option which is useful if you know the particular drawer slide or brand you would like. There is also an 'Advanced search' option where you can search sub categories and stipulate the price ranges which suit you.
Products
The centre of each of the main website page shows the products, these are also available under the navigation mega-menu. Click on a product that is of interest to you to see more information and select options (eg colour, or slide length) to put a selected product into your basket. When you are ready, click View Basket to proceed to checkout.
Checkout and Payment
During the checkout process, the delivery cost and VAT will be calculated based on the basket contents and the delivery location entered during the checkout process – if you are purchasing from outside the Eurpean Union, VAT will generally NOT be added. It is not necessary to register an account to check-out.
EU customers with VAT exemption
European Union customers who are VAT registered can purchase tax exempt. This only applies to deliveries being made within the EU and with proof of tax status. Please create an account at the top of this page and supply the full VAT number including country code. By registering for an account this also enables the customer to track orders, download invoices and re-purchase with stored product information.
