Partial Extension (50-70% travel)
Partial extension slides can travel 50% of the closed length or up to 70% with no reduction in load. The rear of the drawer will not completely clear the cabinet. The entire range is manufactured from high grade stainless steel 316L (Inox 14404), which ensures a slide with strong raceways, fit for the industrial purpose they were designed.
Stainless steel beams are electro-polished as standard. The slide beams, cages and ball bearings are manufactured from austenitic grade 316L (1.4404). End stop bolts and retaining pins are austenitic grade 304 (1.4301), completing the corrosion protection. There is the bespoke option to manufacture an all 316L product on higher production volumes.
The slides can be supplied with high or low temperature grease upon request. The slides can operate at cryogenic temperatures and have only trace EMS, making them suitable for all defence applications requiring a low electro-magnetic signature.
