Full Extension (100-120% travel)

Our Aluminium Professional range of full extension slides are designed to travel 100% of the closed length. However, they can be modified to over extend by up to 120% where required. The rear of the drawer will completely clear the cabinet or chassis. This results in a reduction in load and slight increase in deflection.

Having a three beam slide fitted to over travel to 120% (ie 600mm closed, 720mm ext’n) is an economical means of super extension without the expense of a four beam telescopic slide. Often used throughout the19″ rack market where access to the rear of the drawer/safe is required. We reduce the ball cage length, not the beams, so this modification can be carried out on stocked product with no extra charge. With aluminium, the stated load rating will decrease by about 20%.
