The Professional Range of heavy duty telescopic slides manufactured from 6082 T6 aluminium beams with stainless steel 316L bearings and cages. We are able to bespoke manufacture virtually any alloy for OEM requirements. Particularly suited to military, bio-science and airborne applications where the right choice of materials affects performance. End stops and retaining pins are made from grade 304 stainless, providing a highly corrosion resistant alloy slide.
The ADTS-40 is a high quality, smooth, full extension slide with milled ball tracks for accuracy and a slight pre-load. There is a choice of surface finishes available. Supplied with a standard anodisation. please consult our engineers for other surface finishes available. The low weight ADTS-40 slide has a loading of 125kg at 600mm. Strengthened by the mobile ‘I’ beam which allows a very compact design to be used on applications such as medical equipment, marine seating or environmental test chambers, where a torsionally strong slide is required. A single ADTS-40 slide weighs 2.24kg per metre.
Prices are per single slide. Loadings are given per extended pair. There are two slides per pair. The ADTS-40 is usually stocked across key lengths. However, please allow 5-6 weeks for delivery, especially OEM volumes.

My product review: high quality product. Anodized alloy beams which are accuratly mounted without play. The balls are held in a cage and I believe both are high grade stainless steel. This was important for the job. We were told these are held in inventory, which was why we ordered. Delivery to Chicago was quick at 2 days.
No US dealer was not an issue

I have been asked to review this aluminum slide after receiving 6 pairs from an online order placed on this site.
I was quoted 4 weeks manufacture and they arrived 3 days after this. They were exceptionally well packed and shipped via Fedex.
The beams are constructed from extruded section with some machining in the bearing tracks. This gives the slide and accurate feeling. The stainless steel bearings are loose within the tracks and there are many of them. The end stop is also stainless steel.
When fixed, the two internal sliders are bolted to the drawer and cabinet. The mobile ‘H’ beam is very strong and will not twist. In all i think this is a very well constructed slide and is exact to the DTS40 version in steel. We switch between the two.
Engineering advise off various personnel has been exceptional and within a few minutes.
