Super Extension (150-200% travel)

Our Professional Stainless Steel range of super extension slides can travel 150-200% of the closed length. The rear of the drawer will completely clear the cabinet or truck chassis, allowing plenty of access.

The entire range is manufactured from high grade stainless steel 316L (Inox 14404), which ensures a slide with strong raceways, fit for the industrial purpose they were designed. The slide beams, cages and ball bearings are manufactured from austenitic grade 316L (1.4404). End stop bolts and retaining pins are austenitic grade 304 (1.4301), completing the corrosion protection. There is the bespoke option to manufacture an all 316L product on higher production volumes.

High or low temperature grease can be supplied upon request, or left unlubricated for the end user to apply. The slides can operate at cryogenic temperatures and have only trace EMS, making them suitable for all defence applications requiring a low electro-magnetic signature.
