Four beam telescopic slides enable the drawer to be extended out 150% from the stowed position. A closed length of 1,000mm can provide 1,500mm of travel (2,500mm fully extended). Ideal for vehicle use where fitting space is limited. The QSRT-60 is used widely throughout the fire truck industry, where portable pump carriers are withdrawn beyond the truck chassis and provide extra space to facilitate a four-person lift.

The SQSRT-60 is an extreme load/duty super extension telescopic slide (60-160 kg/pair) suitable for a wide range of applications where corrosion resistance is paramount. At 550mm 1 pair has a full extension load capacity of 155 kg. Manufactured from marine grade 316L (1.4404) stainless steel (inox) offering a very high corrosion resistance. The austenitic structure of 316L stainless gives excellent toughness, even at cryogenic temperatures. The beams are polished to a bright finish on all surface areas as standard.

Additional product variations can be produced with bespoke closed lengths, extensions, mounting options and surface treatments. We do not recommend SQSRT slides are fitted in the minor axis (flat), without due consideration to substantial load reductions.

The production process is ISO9001-2015 accredited. Constructed from milled stainless steel sections, with machined ball tracks for accuracy, it has excellent levels of shock and vibration resistance. The slide beams, cages and ball bearings are manufactured from austenitic grade 316L (1.4404). End stop bolts and retaining pins are austenitic grade 304 (1.4301), completing the corrosion protection, There is the bespoke option to manufacture an all 316L product on higher production volumes.

Due to the extreme strength of the mobile ‘I’ beam, this slide is robust to applied loads when in the extended position making it an excellent choice for dynamic applications. Unlike many other slides manufactured from rolled ‘C’ sections. There are no plastic parts in the manufacture of this range, making it ideal for high temperature use. A single QSRT-60 weighs 15.64 kg per metre.
