Radial telescopic slides are sold as singles, so order two units if a pair is required
The 3213 Radial Slide is a light duty, partial extension telescopic slide (20-56 Kg/pair) suitable for a wide range of applications. At 550mm 1 pair has a load capacity of 45Kg with 332mm of travel, making it ideal for electronics, aerospace and shipborne racking.
Aluminium Radial Slides and Rails have been developed with a unique crossed roller bearing system which make full length contact in the ball race and eradicates bearing indentation (brinelling) and migration. This is a very rugged slide and, due to the unique roller design, outperforms similar ball bearing based products.
Cross roller bearings are best suited to applications like aircraft seating where offset loads and point contact stresses cause significant indentation in the ball race and subsequent slide failure. However, due to the rigidity of the slides, there is no play in the beams and this allows for deflection free extension. The 3213 slide can be extended to 75% of the closed length with minimal play and slight loss of loading.
The 3213 Radial Slide is manufactured from 6005a aluminium with the bearing races milled for tolerance. The finish is self-colour anodization, however there are various options. The bearings are hardened steel and chromed rods.

Throughout the design process I was guided with technical competence from various personnel. The slides work exceptionally well as our remit was zero play with no ball cage creepage. This slide design prevents previous issues we have had with ball bearings

These sliders work well and were chosen for their low weight/hi load capability.
Absolutely no play when extended. Suited to our lightweight seating project. We have also used the same rail in a linear format with carriage on another part of the seat adjustment

They look and fit great on the unit. The cross roller bearings make for a very stable slider.
