LGA100 Rail – Carriers ordered separately
The LGA range of linear rails uses double row angular contact bearings to ensure stable, high speed movement. The body of the slide is manufactured from aluminium with hardened steel inserts to provide a very smooth, quiet and accurate operation. The inserts are chrome plated with excellent abrasive qualities and a hardness to 60HRC.
The carriers have a dust protection and lubrication system as standard. They are interchangeable and and the pre-load is adjustable via eccentric bearings. Load ratings are per carrier and loading can be increased by adding additional carriers
The LGA100 rail has a rail height of 34.20mm and a carrier height of 100mm. Load capacities are: Fy 1200N, Fz 4000N. The rail is stocked in lengths up to 3,000mm and can be cut to order. The carriers are interchangeable and the rails can be joined to meet all length requirements.
The LGA100 Rail is available ex stock. LGA100 Carriers are ordered separately and are delivered factory fitted. We have a complete range of LGA and LGB Rails & Carriers in stock for immediate despatch. We aim to ship for a next day delivery.

I have recently installed my access unit using the Rail system purchased from yourselves, it worked great and i’m very pleased with the results and so is my customer *****
I have attached a couple of pics for you to look at, i have also videoed the unit sliding on the rail and it runs lovely and smooth

Had a machine guard which failed and the previous supplier couldn’t get replacements in time. Jon was very helpful in identifying these rails which needed to be slightly modified in house. Delivered to Crewe at 9am, ordered at 4pm!!)
