The aluminium Micro Slide is designed for very compact and lightweight applications. It has full ball bearing action and bi-directional travel, equal to 50% of the slide’s closed length. The travel is smooth and silent with adequate pre-load to prevent play between the beams.

Typical applications would be aerospace mounted electrical equipment, such as tablet or smart phone housing in aircraft seating. With a profile width of 6mm and height of just 16mm this is probably the smallest aluminium drawer slide available.

The beams are made of anodized aluminium with 203 grade ferritic stainless steel cages and bearings. Stop pins are made of brass. Slide lengths available from stock are 60mm to 300mm and load capacities are from 3kg to 12kg. We recommend external stops are used.

Prices are per single slide. Loadings are given per extended pair. There are two slides per pair. The 1606 is stocked across all lengths in volume.
