Description
The FlexFit 1529 Rail 4010.1529 is the steel version with bright zinc passivate plating (CoHS compliant). Both steel and stainless rail versions use the same stainless carrier ordered separately.
FlexFit is a modular linear rail system with stainless steel 304 (1.4301) carriers and steel (BZP) or stainless 430 (1.4016) rail. Carriers with mounting holes are supplied pre-set in the rail. The rail is supplied cut to length an pre-drilled ready to use.
FlexFit 1529 rail is available in lengths stocked to 2,400mm. The carriers move independently and there is no limit to how many are fitted to each rail. The carriers are available in either 3 bearing (42kg load) or 5 bearing (60kg load) options. The 5 bearing carrier provides more stability for lateral and vertical applications
The FlexFit system is tested to 100,000m travel with a 42kg load under normal conditions and the carriers show no sign of play throughout the service life.
The rails are supplied in either zinc plated steel or stainless steel. The carriers are supplied only in stainless steel. The are no plastic parts used in this system so it is suitable for high temperature environments. Unlike other systems, the rails can have customer specific mounting options and hole patterns subject to minimum order quantities. Any amount of carriers can be fitted per rail.
1529 Rail Carriers are purchased separately and delivered factory fitted. FlexFit is now stocked and available on a same day despatch, with high levels of stock.

Rail and carriages arrived fitted after two days. Ordered on the Sunday with Tuesday delivery as I was told. Good service especially as I had not used this type of product before. Thank you to Alex particularly

The carriers are pre-set, so no messing with wrenches to set the cam bearing. This is apparently due to investment in in house rolling technology. Take any carrier out of the box and it fits into the rail. Other systems we have used do not have the same level of rail quality and the carrier hits high and low spots during travel. We have always received delivery within 4-5 days to the US. If you need tech advice ask for John.
