4080.TE30 – C-Profile Sliders – Aluminium & Stainless Steel

Description

The TE series is a cost-effective, cold-formed roller-type linear guide, specifically designed to deliver stable and reliable linear motion in environments with potential corrosion risks.

The TE features a C-profile rail structure (zero axial play) and is made of zinc-plated steel. The roller guide rail is composed of a C-type track and a roller slider. The slider adopts positive eccentric roller design.

The series is available in 30mm and 45mm rail sizes, paired with dedicated sliders available in compact or solid body designs, providing flexibility to accommodate different installation and load requirements.

The sliders are available in a 80mm Aluminium Solid Body Slider or an 88mm Stainless Compact Body Slider with Wipers both with Loads of 870N.

The TE45 rail has a height of 46.4 mm and a width of 24 mm. When combined with a slider, the total width is either 31 mm or 38 mm, depending on the slider type. The load capacity of a single TE45 slider is 1740 N (radial) and 935 N (axial). The system supports a maximum travel speed of 1.5 m/s and a maximum acceleration of 2m/s2. Rail lengths can be cut to size upon request.
