4080.STE45 – C-Profile Roller Linear Rail – Stainless Steel

Description

The STE series is a cost-effective, cold-formed roller-type linear guide, specifically designed to deliver stable and reliable linear motion in environments with potential corrosion risks.

The STE features a C-profile rail structure (zero axial play) and is currently available in stainless steel, making it ideal for outdoor or high-humidity applications. A zinc-plated steel version is currently under development and is expected to be available by the end of 2025, offering a more economical option.

The series is available in 30mm and 45mm rail sizes, paired with dedicated sliders available in compact or solid body designs, providing flexibility to accommodate different installation and load requirements.

The STE45 rail has a height of 46.4 mm and a width of 31/38 mm. When combined with a slider, the total width is either 31 mm or 38 mm, depending on the slider type. The load capacity of a single STE45 slider is 1740 N (radial) and 935 N (axial). The system supports a maximum travel speed of 1.5 m/s and a maximum acceleration of 2m/s2. Rail lengths can be cut to size upon request.
