First container shipment from Sliding Systems to the USA

Logistics is an important part of the business and our
warehouse team at Sliding Systems have been busy upgrading facilities to ship
out large containerised deliveries on a regular basis.

Today we loaded and despatched 11 pallets of heavy duty
telescopic slides onto a 20ft container with individual lengths up to 2,300mm.
Leaving our part of a very rainy Great Britain destined for the USA. Investment
in specialist heavy lifting gear has assisted in making the task run with
military precision. Our warehouse manager, Rik Bocking was pleased with the
morning’s work as he waved the container off to warmer and drier climes.

Sliding Systems has the capacity to manage large OEM
projects with export logistics capability, regardless of size. In 2016 we have
already shipped product to over 65 countries with new product ranges
continuously growing our global customer base.
