Professional Range slides are sold as singles, so order two units if a pair is required
The Professional Range of heavy duty slides manufactured from 6082 T6 aluminium and stainless bearings. Due to our standard manufacturing process of milling beams, we are able to supply these slides in virtually any aluminium requested. Particularly suited to military and airborne applications where the right choice of materials affects performance. We are now able to offer DTSB slides in interchangeable or hybrid materials: steel, aluminium and stainless 316L.
The ADTSB-50 is a high quality, smooth, full extension slide with milled ball tracks for accuracy and a slight pre-load. There is a choice of surface finishes available. The bearings, cages and end stops are stainless steel 316 & 316L, providing a corrosion resistant slide. Supplied with a standard anodisation. Please consult our engineers for other surface finishes available.
We do not recommend standard ADTSB slides on accurate robotic pick & place or high speed shuttles, without factory adaptation and customer in situ testing, prior to committing to production. The slides are limited to operational speeds of <0.3m/s.
Our new Saibo TDB-43LK Robotic Bi-directional slide is designed for robotic pick & place & high speed shuttles, with operational speeds up to 0.8m/s. Interchangeable with other European manufacturers at substantially lower cost. Please follow this link for more details on the TDB-43LK and for global purchase
The low weight ADTSB-50 slide has a loading of 161kg at 600mm. The slide is designed for full travel front and rear. This is facilitated by an internal rocker system which holds and releases beams in sequence. The first beam will extend fully and only at that point will the second beam be released. A single ADTSB-50 slide weighs 3.46kg per metre.
Prices are per single slide. Loadings are given per extended pair. There are two slides per pair. The ADTSB-50 is manufactured to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery or can be stocked for immediate call off against scheduled orders.Download Datasheet
