The New HD Range from GSF Sliding Systems: Precision, Price, Performance

The HD range of telescopic slides offers substantially better value than other models of cold drawn steel slider.  The QSRT 70 in particular is a competitively priced over extension (up to 150%) shock resistant drawer slide with load capacity of up to 270Kg per pair (see load/length tab for details). 

Constructed from 4 cold drawn steel sections to deliver the over-extension capability, this caged ball bearing slider has a good level of resistance to shock and vibration when supporting a static load in the closed position.  This drawer runner can be readily adapted by GSF Sliding Systems to provide different configurations of extension and load capacity and so can be specified for the vast array of applications, particularly where shock and vibration may damage a lesser slide.

As with all products in GSF Sliding Systems' HD range, the slide has a corrosion resistant elecrolytic zinc coating as per ISO 2081, and is precision engineered to produce a smooth operational movement and eliminate problems encountered with looser-fit slide products.

The Slides are manufactured from cold drawn steel C45E+C in accordance with EN 10277. Standard ball cages are manufactured from zinc plated sheet metal, and the ball bearings are carbon steel C85 G100 in accordance with DIN 5401.
